The Home Buying Process
Step 1: Get Pre-Approved
Meet with a trusted mortgage lender to determine your budget and obtain a pre-approval letter.
This helps you understand what you can afford and strengthens your offer when you find the right home.
Step 2: Find Your Dream Home and Get a Realtor
We'll discuss your needs, wants, and budget, then start touring homes that match your criteria.
You'll receive new listings as they hit the market.
Step 3: Make an Offer
Once you've found the right home, I'll help you prepare a competitive offer and negotiate the best possible terms on your behalf.
Step 4: Home Inspection
After your offer is accepted, schedule a professional home inspection to identify any potential issues before moving forward.
Step 5: Appraisal & Loan Approval
Your lender will order an appraisal and complete the underwriting process to ensure the home meets the loan requirements before issuing final approval.
Step 6: Final Walk-Through
Shortly before closing, we'll do a final walk-through to confirm the home's condition and ensure any agreed-upon repairs have been completed.
Step 7: Closing Day
Sign the final documents, complete your loan, receive the keys, and celebrate, you're officially a homeowner!
