Find Out What Your Home Is Worth

Before listing your home, it's important to understand its current market value.

A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) estimates your home's value by comparing it to recently sold, active, and pending homes with similar features in your area.

Complete the form below, and I'll prepare a personalized CMA for your property. Once it's ready, I'll contact you to review the results and discuss the next steps.

The Home Selling Process

Step 1 – Request a Free CMA
Receive a personalized Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to estimate your home's current market value based on recent sales and local market trends.

Step 2 – Meet & Develop a Selling Strategy
We'll review your home's value, discuss your goals, establish a pricing strategy, and create a marketing plan designed to attract qualified buyers.

Step 3 – Prepare Your Home for the Market
I'll provide recommendations to help your home show its best, including decluttering, minor repairs, staging suggestions, and professional photography.

Step 4 – Hire a Real Estate Attorney
Once you're ready to move forward, it's a good idea to select a Connecticut real estate attorney. Your attorney will prepare and review legal documents, guide you through the contract process, and represent your interests through closing.

Step 5 – List Your Home & Receive Offers
Your home will be listed on the market and professionally marketed to qualified buyers. When offers come in, I'll help you review each one and negotiate the best price and terms.

Step 6 – Under Contract
After accepting an offer, the buyer will complete inspections, secure financing, and obtain an appraisal if required. During this time, I'll work closely with your attorney, the buyer's agent, and the lender to help keep everything on track.

Step 7 – Closing Day
Your attorney will finalize the closing documents, ownership will be transferred to the buyer, and you'll receive the proceeds from the sale after all closing costs, mortgage payoff, and any applicable fees have been paid.
